MANUFACTURER REPAIR SUPPORT

Repairs

From an unfamiliar sound to a stopped machine, tell us the symptoms and operating situation. We will advise on the checks and repair arrangements needed.

If an abnormality occurs, stop operation and contact us. Do not continue operating with unusual noise, vibration or leakage. You do not need to restart or dismantle the machine to reproduce a fault or take photographs.

Examples of repair enquiries

  • Unusual noise or vibration.
  • Leakage, wear or damaged parts.
  • Failure to start, or stopping during operation.
  • An alarm or error indication.
  • A bowl or component needing repair.
  • Restoring an older machine to service.

Changes in separation or throughput can also be discussed. We consider feed and operating changes as well as possible machine faults.
