Centrifugal force generated by a high-speed rotary cylinder separates and clarifies mixed liquids. The high centrifugal force enables separation even under difficult conditions such as a thin concentrationof mixed liquids to be separated, a small difference in specific gravity, and small particle size of solids. The high processing capacity also shortens the process and improves production efficiency. Operation requires no special skills and is extremely simple, with a structure that is highly durable.

Separation mechanism

The rotary cylinder rotates at high speed, and its centrifugal force can reach up to 40,000 times the force of gravity.

The liquid mixture to be separated is continuously injected through the nozzle from the bottom of the rotary cylinder by the head tank, pump, or other means. The injected liquid mixture is rapidly accelerated in the rotary cylinder and is subjected to centrifugal force. By continuously feeding the liquid, it rises up the inner wall, during which time it separates into three layers: light liquid, heavy liquid, and solids.

The light liquid and heavy liquid are completely separated and discharged separately outside the machine, while the solids remain inside the cylinder.

Solid particles in the liquid are separated by centrifugal force, resulting in a clear liquid, which
is discharged from the top of the rotary cylinder. The fine particles remain in the rotary cylinder and can be collected.
