Kansai Centrifugal Separator Manufacturing Co., Ltd. designs and manufactures industrial centrifuges. We help customers from model selection and trials through inspection, repair and parts supply.
Over 100 years in Fukushima, Osaka
In 1918, a small workshop making hand-operated centrifugal dewatering machines opened in Fukushima, Osaka. That workshop was the beginning of our company. More than a century later, we still manufacture centrifuges at the founding location.
Before and during the war, the company produced ultra high-speed machines for marine oil purification. After the war, applications expanded into pharmaceuticals, foods and fine chemicals. Our focus on separating materials that do not readily settle under gravity led to KS specifications reaching 40,000 G.
From solving separation to supporting long-term use
Separation technology
We review feed properties and objectives, then use sample testing or demo rental to help evaluate the process.
In-house manufacturing
We build around the customer’s conditions, drawing on in-house production for custom specifications. Parts manufactured in-house can be supplied on a virtually indefinite basis.
After-sales care
Inspection, repairs and parts are available for consultation throughout the working life of the machine.
