PARTS & CONSUMABLES
Genuine parts for your centrifuge.
From replacing consumables to preparing spares for a long-serving machine, we check the model and specification before advising on parts, price and lead time.
Why genuine parts matter
High-speed centrifuge components are subjected to large forces. Even if parts look similar or share nominal dimensions, differences in material, machining accuracy and weight can affect vibration, wear and performance.
We check the machine and its manufacturing specification to identify suitable genuine parts. Correct replacement parts help maintain safe operation and consistent separation performance.
Timely replacement supports stable operation
Belts, bearings, seals and other wear parts deteriorate with operating hours and conditions. Deterioration can progress while the machine still runs.
Replacing them at the appropriate time helps reduce unexpected failure, production stoppages and damage to surrounding components. Follow the instruction manual and consult us if the replacement timing or parts are unclear.
You can enquire without the part name or number
Send a photograph of the nameplate and the part or installation position, where it is safe to do so. A parts list or a previous delivery reference can also help. Do not dismantle equipment just to identify or photograph a part.
From wear parts to assemblies
Seals and gaskets
O-rings, gaskets and seals; identify the position and material needed for the machine.
Drives and bearings
Belts, bearings, bushes and couplings; specifications may differ by model and year.
Rotating parts and assemblies
Bowl components and bearing assemblies; discuss component-level or assembly-level replacement.
What to include in a parts enquiry
| Information | Details |
|---|---|
| Machine | Model and serial number; bowl number for relevant parts. A nameplate photograph is useful. |
| Part | Name, number or installation position; a parts-list extract or photograph can help. |
| Quantity | Required quantity for each part and the machine to which it belongs. |
| Timing and destination | Preferred delivery date, replacement plan and country / delivery site. |
| Previous order | Past quotation or delivery-note reference, if you need the same item. |
Support for older machines and planned maintenance
Parts manufactured in-house can be supplied on a virtually indefinite basis. This enables us to make replacement parts for long-serving machines and support their continued use.
Older equipment
Tell us the machine identity so we can review the part specification and manufacturing feasibility.
Spare parts
Discuss consumables or spare assemblies around maintenance frequency and available downtime.
Replacement planning
Intervals depend on use and condition. Some work requires disassembly or adjustment.
In-house and purchased components have different availability. Supply, price and lead time are confirmed for the actual part.
From enquiry to delivery
-
Identify the machine and parts
Tell us what is needed, the quantity and timing. We can help identify an unknown part.
-
Review the quotation
We confirm compatibility, availability, price and lead time.
-
Confirm your order
Confirm the parts, quantities, conditions and delivery details with our team.
-
Delivery and replacement
We arrange the agreed parts. Ask us if installation or adjustment support is needed.
Sending this enquiry does not place a confirmed order. Ordering follows confirmation with our team.
Discuss servicing together with parts replacement
If you are unsure whether replacement, fitting or adjustment is needed, tell us about the machine condition. Stop operation if abnormal noise, vibration or leakage occurs, and contact our repair team.
Parts enquiry
Fields marked Required are required. Please provide the other information as far as you know.
After sending, you will receive an acknowledgement by email. A member of our team will review your enquiry and contact you. If you have not heard from us after three business days, please contact web@kansaienshin.co.jp or +81-6-6458-8101.
