A centrifugal separator is a machine used to separate solids from liquids or liquids from liquids by means of centrifugal force generated by high-speed rotation. If it is difficult to separate by natural gravity or you wish to separate in a short period of time, use the machine.
Two types of centrifugal separation are used: centrifugal sedimentation and centrifugal filtration. The centrifugal sedimentation system uses centrifugal force for forced separation based on differences in specific gravity, while the centrifugal filtration system uses a filter medium, which separates solids from liquids as liquids pass through the filter medium.
We specialize in high-speed centrifugal separators operating on a centrifugal sedimentation system and are well regarded by our customers.
KS-type super-high-speed centrifugal separator
Maximum achievable centrifugal force: 24,000 g
![]() |
Centrifugal force generated in a drum by high-speed rotation separates low-specific-gravity liquids, which move toward the center, from high-specific-gravity liquids or solids, which move away from the center. The machine can be continuously charged with an unseparated liquid. The KS type is a centrifugal separator that uses centrifugal sedimentation to achieve complete separation and clarification of difficult-to-separate suspensions within a short period of time. It is also suitable for particle classification and separation. Super-high-speed centrifugal separators quicken your process and improve productivity.

Basket-type centrifugal separator
Separates by sedimentation or by filtration
![]() |
The separator spins a rotor, either perforated or imperforate, to generate centrifugal force for separation either by sedimentation or filtration. This machine allows the user to select from these two separation systems. It is also suitable for the deliquoring of water or oil. Basket-type centrifugal separators come in a top-discharge, filter-cloth-lifting, bottom-discharge, full-automatic, or inner basket system. More information |
Horizontal centrifugal separator
Designed to perform fully continuous processing
