Basket Type Centrifugal Separator Bottom Discharge
The bottom discharge type discharges solids from the bottom of the centrifuge. |
KDB Series (Centrifugal sedimentation type)
This model is a bottom discharge type that uses a non-porous basket to separate solids by using strong centrifugal force. The raw liquid is fed into the centrifugal separator and separated into liquid and solid in the basket, and the separated liquid is removed from the top of the basket by an overflow or skimming device. |
|
PointThe solids remaining in the basket can be removed downward by a scraper at low speed by means of a deceleration device. |

BDC Series (Centrifugal filtration type)
This model allows solids, crystals, etc. to be easily dropped from the bottom of the basket after processing. |
|
PointThe basket rotation is slowed down to a low speed (30-40 rpm) by the decelerator, and then the solids are scraped down to the bottom of the centrifugal separator by the scraping device. |
