Centrifugal separators made by Kansai Centrifugal Separator Manufacturing

As a specialized manufacturer of centrifugal separators, we manufacture and sell three types of centrifugal separators.

The most suitable centrifugal separator can be selected according to the user’s requirements and applications. We specialize particularly in cylindrical vertical ultra high-speed (Sharpless) centrifugal separators, which have the largest centrifugal force among production centrifugal separators and are used in a variety of fields.

(Cylindrical vertical type ultra high-speed centrifugal separator)

KS type ultra high-speed centrifugal separator

Our production type centrifugal separators produce the largest centrifugal force of up to 40,000 G.
Can handle mixed liquids that are difficult to separate, and also enables classified separation

Centrifugal force generated by a high-speed rotary cylinder separates and clarifies mixed liquids. The high centrifugal effect provides high processing capacity, shortens the process, and improves production efficiency.
Operation requires no special skills and is extremely simple, with a structure that is highly durable.

Basket type centrifugal separator

Basket type centrifugal separator

Centrifugal sedimentation and filtration separation methods can be selected

Rotors with countless small holes or non-porous rotors are rotated at high speed, and the resulting centrifugal force is used for separation.
It is specialized for small to medium-sized developments, with low vibration during operation, ease of use, and durability.

Decanter type centrifugal separator

Decanter type centrifugal separator

Completely continuous operation is possible

Centrifugal force generated by the rotating body at high speed continuously separates the processed liquid into solids and liquid, and the solids are discharged by a screw inside the rotor.
The centrifugal sedimentation type does not require a filter cloth, so there is no clogging.
