Chronology
March 1918 | Kansai Hydro-Extractor Manufacturing Works was founded at the company’s current location of 1-8-8 Sagisu, Fukushima-ku, Osaka. The Works designed, built, and sold various centrifugal separators. |
April 1941 |
As a manufacturer of chemical industry machines encouraged by the Osaka prefectural government and as a factory under the control of the Navy Ministry, the company primarily built KS- and D-type ultra centrifugal separators for ship fuel purification. It also sold various centrifugal separators and chemical industry machines. |
December 1952 | After restructuring as described above, the company continued to design, build, and sell KS-type ultra centrifugal separators and NV-type ship fuel purifiers. |
August 1971 | Began building horizontal continuous centrifugal separators. |
May 1977 | Improved the technology used to build the KS-type super-high-speed centrifugal separator and developed the U series of high-performance centrifugal separators. |
December 1981 | Opened a Tokyo sales office (in Chiyoda ward). |
March 1989 | Improved the KS type to respond to customer requests. |
April 1998 | Began making development efforts to boost the performance of the U series of the KS type. |
April 2001 |
Launched the U2 series of the KS type. |
October 2012 |
Began working on development of the U3 series of the KS type. |
December 2017 |
Began working on development of an improved lower structure of the KS type. |
